Benjamin Gallein has been conjuring up French and cosmopolitan cuisine in the Lower Saxony State Parliament since 2021. Excellent products and clear flavours combine in his cuisine to create complex and expressive statements about himself, with the focus always on flavour. Modern techniques and classic craftsmanship make his cuisine tangible and understandable.
The VOTUM has been awarded two Michelin stars.
